Application Process
Step 5: Invitation to a Shadow Visit
Once we have received and reviewed a completed application, we will reach out to prospective students who we feel may meet our criteria, and invite students for a shadow visit.
A shadow visit is takes place over 2 consecutive days, when a prospective student comes to school and and experiences what it is like to be a Herberger student. During the day, they will experience the different classes, groups and rythms of the day as the buddy of a Herberger student.
We find that shadow visits provide prospective students with an excellent opportunity to see if the culture, pace and style of Herberger Young Scholars Academy is a good fit for them.
